We are looking to employ a QA Assistant to work within the Unicorn division of our business. The role will be based at our Head Office and report to the QA Manager & Responsible Pharmacist.

Job description

Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the QA team mainly and allow for them to perform their professional duties. To provide full administrative function for the quality assurance team across all critical paths.
Job Objectives:
  • To request and download release documents, ensuring that the correct documents have been furnished by the supplier

  • Log samples and temperature loggers.
  • Request order numbers for testing from Finance.
  • Download data logger information.
  • File release records (hardcopy and electronic).- after the batch is released by pharmacist
  • Request sampling tracker if not sent by UPD on a weekly basis
  • Complete checklist to ensure required docs for QA
  • To save and maintain all relevant documentation aligned to legislative requirements
  • Request updated data when it is due.
  • File reviewed data and completed report (hardcopy and electronic).
  • Request APQR when it is due.
  • To liaison with third party vendors to obtain the necessary qualification forms for new vendors and request updated documents for existing vendors as and when required.
  • To be accountable to update the audit tracker and register once audit report is filed.
  • To Create lot release master documentation, when required

Minimum requirements

Job related knowledge: Knowledge of Quality Assurance industry and regulations
Job related skills:
  • Microsoft Office- MS Word and Excel
  • Intensive experience in QA environment specifically working with required documentation

Job experience:
Completion of a graduation or internship in a GMP environment
Education:
Diploma / Degree in Chemistry or related Science subject such as Microbiology, Biotechemistry, etc
